What all was removed in the process of doing this job on the pioneer 700?

I’ve got a 650 rincon that won’t move, people are saying due to lack of oil pressure and to check the oil pump o rings. Can this job be done with the engine in the frame?

I have a 2016 Honda Rubicon 1900km and oil pump chain fall off. Engine is cooked and Honda still didn't made improvements or recall on that
