it seems to me as the aircraft was taking off, a gust of wind hit the aircraft which made it turn to one side rather rapidly. the pilots quickly corrected this and continued the take off.
To back this up, we see that the flaps were extended perhaps a sign that a quick takeoff was necessary due to wind gusts (get up in the air and increase IAS asap) .
I see nothing wrong here and rather unfortunate weather circumstances.

Good luck taking off in a 73 without flaps....?
It’s a crosswind takeoff, flight spoilers shouldn’t be deployed on takeoff roll (only partial aileron) and as you rotate and the wings AoA changes the crosswind effect becomes stronger hence you can see the flight spoilers being used after rotation
