  • The Kuro Concept Coil Jig kit. In this video I demonstrate how to use this coil jig. It's very easy to use and a great accessory for the beginner or seasoned rebuilder. You can wrap parallel as well as regular single wire coils. No more sore fingers from using large gauge wire!

I just got the same jig and was getting pissed that I wasted my money since i wrap better coils by hand, but after watching this video AND reading the comments I now know what I was doing wrong..The wire was wrapping over itself NOW I see what the little blue (what I thought ) was a screwdriver is for !! lol ...I didnt use it yet but I know it will work now! Thanks...and thanks to Neil Richardets comment below also!! Also so what you like to talk..Your video served the purpose it helped someone !!

this video really helped me thank you so much, i just bought this kit and didn't understand why the ends were different colours and why the screws were there in those positions but you explained it's for the different wire sizes. thanks you Subscribed.

I think it's a very good review. It shows it's not perfect. I bet every other reviewer had to retake their spins at least 10 times till they had that perfect coil without any trouble.

I have one different name but same principle. Anyway I've been fooling with this thing for an hour n all I was doing was wasting time n wire. Thanks to you I just made my 1st an near perfect coil ! Don't know what's up with the bad attitudes, if I don't like some thing I move on no need for childish bull smh.. I just watched a 30 minute vid n just wasted my time, but didn't bad mouth the guy. Anyway I thank you much for breaking this down so even a beginner can understand how it works. Thanks again I appreciate it

How can you prevent the coil from wrapping over itself? I'm wasting a lot of wire. I've watched several videos today, but no one addresses this issue.

why do you mention only up to 30 gauge if the screw is on #1 does this only work for 18awg-30awg? will it not do anything smaller than 30 awg?

Best video explanation of this jig but as some have said, veryyy long winded. Should have been able to cover everything in 2.5 minutes.

this thing is junk i just got one and it will not coil a wire no matter what i do . it worked fine with 26 Gage wire on a 3 mill post tried the 2 mill and no suck luck it just warps it self on top of it self no matter how much presser i use. or which screw you use all so the post are cheap aluminium and the wire is eating the post up. save your self money and just use a screw driver or drill bit.
