I overall really like this version. But kinda wish they didn’t do the random vocals until after the orchestral part. The original song had the choir going until it stopped and the orchestra hits the melody hard, and then afterwards descends into madness. I wish the choir did all the voices after that part instead of during. It would also mimic the movie very well too, because that scene would’ve been the compilation of people rejecting one another. I LOVE that concept of having people just making noise at the end though.
I feel like this version transports the chaos that is this segment of the film (visual and auditorial, and its dissonance) into purely auditorial chaos.
Only difference is they're making noises and yall are acting like it's a whole new song. But I still like it and the cursed feeling it gives (not that the original version wasn't already cursed though).
