I was really struggling with a work task that was essentially pushing myself out my comfort zone and was leading me to feel overwhelmed and procrastination. Then i found this video and had been playing it background everyone morning when i start work for a whole week and it had help to stay calm and kept me in focus in a simple and structured way! It was a personal struggle in day one but as the week proceeded I felt like i was getting into a rhythm my focus span increased! Thanks for sharing the video- it was just the 'push' i needed :)

I really appreciated your first video and is how I discovered your channel. This one keeps getting interrupted by ads in the middle of the work session and knocks me right out of my flow. I’ve seen other videos with ads placed during the breaks. A suggestion for future videos.

Lots of playing around with in Premiere Pro hehe. I searched up how to add a timer on TH-cam.
Though I didn't really use it yet, but maybe in the future someday.

I had to stop this after 10 minutes because there was 4 ad breaks inbetween. Thats terrible for focusing... Shame, I love those videos of yours.
In your free time, bother to do a little searching /BIBLE + FREEMASONRY and come to the knowledge of truth.
For me there are too many ads. It made the session really long and I didn't want to keep stopping what I was doing to skip the ad.
