Aloha Azumi! 🌺🤙 Thank you for making this video! I learned so much good and useful information. I am a fourth generation Japanese American. My family immigrated to Hawaii after the war to earn money to send back to Japan because our family was very poor at that time. Many of the Shinto traditions were lost and sadly the only exposure I had was the few customs we kept at New Year celebrations. Perhaps due to the generational trauma of war and poverty my family members were very negative and pessimistic while I was growing up. I want to heal and break this generational pattern. I am very appreciative of the tools you are teaching me. 😌🙏✨

What I have found out on my journey , and this is my belief,
The Japanese are the most Practical
The Chinese are the Strongest
The Hindu are the Most Beautiful
Of course there are these qualities in every culture and I appreciate them.
I call this concept my Spiritual Triade and I am learning how to move through them and omg I am happier healthier than ever. I cried yesterday and today from joy sadness and love I found in my ife after so much suffering.

In 2020 I had kidney failure and compartment syndrome in my left leg. I was dying. But I recovered. I'm grateful for life that I was given. I give thanks to the Kami-sama.
