That's a really impressive crop of Chilean guava you have there. I've only ever tasted a single Chilean guava berry, it was on a plant at the nursery in France and was delicious. Thats a really great idea to make a liqueur, I'm sure it'll taste really good too 👍🏽
It a great plant Dominic with great smelling flowers and fruits. The fruit are delicious and this time round I am going to use them to make "Chilean guava raisins" I have also ordered a variegated variety called Flambeau, to replace a plant I lost in 2023, due to the heat wave and following cold spell in December 2022.

Incredible you have fruit so late, mine were finished in September / October 😱
It might be a location or variety difference Brett. The 2021 harvest was similar, in December 2021.
