Pretty much, add Blood Drunk and his trophy aswell or before Heiro to make it extra safe. From there mostly just Bubblegum can be some trouble which is mostly because the Heiro barrier doesnt really stop his charges. Colossus also can hurt you quite a lot through the barrier if he does his shotgun move when you go in for the hit.
@@emetanti Colossus can oneshot and dust you in same frame. Fuck shotgun move. You can't predict it, you can't dodge in if you going for hit and most of time you don't have time to wait since you need to renew wall. Literally worst boss imo.

Thanks for miner guide! It's rare to have good advice from anyone on these. Do you recommend SEVA, or just the regular suit more? I've always liked SEVA's ash immunity, but like, does the 10 melee armor it loses make a difference?
Also ice box 'megafauna' are just pitiful looking by compare to lavaland. Seemingly impossible to crusher too since all their patterns seem to involve "Just walk away 4 tiles and wait" while they spam huge close range aoes. Wendigo even looks like a walking aoe it seems.

You probably want to do another video with the Fire Drake for beginners, explorer armor was updated to have zero fire resistance making the fight harder.

The only difficult part i've been having with the new icebox megafauna is finding the damned things. Is there only a chance for them to spawn? I've done grid pattern searches on all three z-levels twice and had no luck.

absolutely fauna, but tendrils are piss easy to get if you find one
just rush the tendril and run with the necropolis chest, the mobs are usually too stupid to notice you before it's too late and at worst they get a few hits in but if you want to be extra safe you can suck on a medipen or have a fellow miner distract the crowd since the tendril spawns them faster than you can feasibly kill em

No, thats more often due to them being green and dying to 2 Goliaths chain stunning, lag causing the same, backing off into a chasm or if they DO Megafauna die to getting one move wrong and not healing up fast enough against Bubblegum.
@@emetanti bubblegum was changed with the wounds system. Naloac was lucky here, but everytime Bubblegum hits you there's a small chance for it to more than halve your speed. Legion cores and morphine can't negate speed loss.
@@taylork2ortayct If you done Bubblegum before the wounds, a direct hit from him usually still hit the treshhold where slowdown kicks in. Admittedly not done him with wounds so far though (Normally playing on Fulp, so that gets merged way later.) but Legion Cores by their function SHOULD let you move normally, the ability to let you move normal speed while hurt always been one thing they do.
@@emetanti Not with wounds system. Any slowdown from wounds is not negated by legion cores. And no a direct hit usually does not inflict enough damage for slowdown unless he hits you multiple times with a single attack.

probably below 150, and you need to be on a station that isnt constantly lagging
@Lad that how you know there not only a robust miner. but a litteral god at the game. when they can play on 100-200 ping and kill mega-fauna like nothing. at that moment you dont duck with them. same with captain, there either incompetent or will destroy you in a matter of seconds

I'm late but mostly no but if you bring the drops you are better equipped and by my definition contributes to your robustness the ability to acquire strong tools

You forgot blood drunk.
He is kinda easy tbh. Just max grade your suit with goliath plates, bring some heal and spam his ass off if you prefer crusher or use 1 range and 2 cd upgrades if you prefer KPA. His damage isn't so high and he got only like 750 hp, so this fight is simple enough to not mention about it in the video.

because half the time we are either not robust enough to deal with the lag and get gibed which is perma-death. (most everything on lava-land can perma kill you) or you make a small mistake and get instantly ducked

Fake as shit, I refuse to believe any server has a smooth enough tickrate to actually do reasonable combat you can react to without space lag freezing the shit out of you so you get hit 12 times before you're allowed to move again
