why doesn't anyone ever talk about how to stretch if you can't do any of these things, like if your body is i really njured, or you are too old & weak? i just dont understand
Thanks so much for this. I watched your other videos on the chin tuck concept, it’s been a game changer for me. Few months ago, X-rays showed the gap between two vertebrae in the neck region had slightly reduced. Can this be reversed or something I have to live with?
Is it possible that TOS is giving me swelling in supraclavicular fossa but only onder certain angle? It`s like, if i put my shoulder blades together and raise shoulders up a bit, i can see 2 "balls" on base of neck, and when i press on them it feels like its empty inside. I tend to do a lot of pull ups ,and those type of repetitive excersises and also sitting on PC slouched a lot.

bulged discs could get better yes, with exercise and posture correction.
Is a milder pectus excavatum and neck arthritis a risk factor for this ?
Is that scaleni stretch good for those who have extra ribs(cervicle ribs)?
Can this condition cause dizziness??
