- Auto transformer starter control circuit diagram
An Auto transformer Starter is suitable for both star and delta connected motors. In this method, the starting current is limited by using a three-phase auto transformer to reduce the initial stator applied voltage. The figure below shows the motor with the Auto transformer starter.
It is provided with a number of tappings. The starter is connected to one particular tapping to obtain the most suitable starting voltage.
The starting current 6 to 8 times the rated current and this can cause voltage dip in supply and also motor and motor-driven equipment experience large torque surge which can damage the motor as well as connected equipment. Three phase autotransformer is used to reduced high inrush starting current.

We will use no contact of main contactor for motor running indication
Sir Star Contactor se indication lamp connection hoga.... I'm from Bhubaneswar.....👌
For on indication lamp we use auxiliary contactor NO and for off indication lamp we use NC of auxiliary contactor
