Sy orang yg tinggal di Jkt baru ngeh ada hotel baru keren dan mewah tertinggi pula. Maklum karena macet dan hiruk pikuk Kota sudah bikin jenuh. Kolam renang nya juga indoor dilantai atas pula terkesan private. TOP dah 👍

Brand new it may be but impressive it is not. The room is freakin' small, and so is the lobby. The world may brag about "zen" concept but spacious opulent lobby will always be the way to go (Kempinski Bali, Mulia Jakarta, Langham Jakarta, etc.). If I was to enter an out of the ordinary hotel in the heart of the city I would want to see an eye-pleasing scenery consisting of a piano, chandeliers, beautiful paintings, high-class furniture, etc.. And oh, breakfast doesn't look that impressive either. BTW, nice video as always!

Most hotels today have small,narrow badrooms but larges,spacious lobbies.

Where are you coming from?.
Grand mercure kemayoran looks better than this interior wise at probably 1/3 the price, its only advantage is the location. I would say more like a 4 star express/business hotel than a full fledged 5 star
don't forget St. Regis Jakarta, Four Seasons Jakarta, and the new one Hotel Tentrem Jakarta.

I still can see construction hoardings next to the lobby, so the current state of lobby is temporary perhaps? Great trip report as always, and can't wait for the opening of Indonesia's first Waldorf Astoria at the very same property which is currently in progress!
Hello again. It could be, but based on the rendering pictures from the architect, I think the final look of the lobby is what we're seeing now. And I also can't wait for Waldorf, but unfortunately, we need to wait until 2026/2027
Admin tau dong... Di lokasi tersebut dulu bekas Hotel apa pada era 60 an akhir sampai 80 an awal😊...anyway.. Jakarta makin lengkap koleksi Hotel² ternama Dunia... Setelah fairmont, Langham dan Hyatt.. Juga bbrp chain management Hotel Dunia lain... Congrats ulasan nya yang menarik🎉
It's a shame that a property with such good real estate does not have the same wow factor as other top end hotels like the Park Hyatt, Raffles, Langham Jakarta. The rooms, facilities, interior, furniture and just the design screams 4-star, and just looks generic; yet its location on such high floors is 6 stars worthy. Also, what were they thinking, all that light-coloured flooring + bright lights in the lounge at night = reflections everywhere + eyes cannot adjust to the dark to enjoy the good views (not to mention filthy windows). There's no vision... This property had the potential to be so much more I think. At least the price reflects what you get, but still.

I think Hba have to work with meager budged , or the build partner have tow work with smaller budged than other pan pacific hotel in SG , cannot compare , but I think it’s still a decent hotel , Jakarta skyline always polluted , nothing special what’s the use of higher floor the view always bad , the road is narrows , congested , 150usd a night downtown area , I think it’s a good bargain if you’re looking for a luxury hotel, and yeah nice video . Camera quality maybe more detail sharper maybe ?
Hi there. I guess you understand design as well 😄 that’s my assumption as well, small budget. But then, it further a miss of opportunity. It has all of the potentials, good property value comparable to SG,being in the highest building, why didn’t go all out…, but yeah I understand that’s often how a property project works. And agree with Jakarta, with this rate, it will be left behind from KL or Bangkok

Hi Akbar. I think each of those hotels has different concept and approach. Dharmawangsa is designed as a leiuse- resort-classic hotel. While Pan Pacific is a business/city hotel
Pacific Club nya kaku sekali, tidak seperti Club Lounge 5star hotel lainnya.

Hi. You're not entirely wrong. Waldorf Astoria is planned to be in the first tower, the Autograph Tower, which is due to open in 2026/2027. While Pan Pacific Jkt is in the adjacent second tower, the Luminary Tower
