This is a fantastic series, honouring notable black persons, impeccably narrated by @levertmann and illustrated by you, Scott. Thanks for bringing these people to our attention.
Hey Scott I have a amazing in my opinion idea you should make a sketchbook of Greek gods there are so many and they all have their own styles I think that would be awesome
You should totally try using India ink on printmaking paper! It has a really cool effect, especially if you watercolor over it once it’s dry. It’s really good for filling in negative space.
Hey Scott, I just wanted to thank you for uploading your content. Being able to learn info about professional stuff (tracing to practice, having art you've drawn that you don't like, etc.) has helped me feel more confident with my own art, & when you uploaded the short where you introduced drawing one thing every day, I didn't realize it was a series at the moment so I just started sketching random stuff each day until I eventually procrastinated doing it & dropped off, & I hadn't even seen the next part to that series yet XD Your advice with paints (watercolors, gouache, etc.) is really helpful & makes me want to dabble with it more. I'm hopefully gonna go to an art school this summer, but I'm definitely going to forever hold onto the amazing advice you've given everyone, including me.
Seeing your background, I can't help myself but think about architectural drawings (sections, details) with soil. 😅 I love your work, it's always fun and educative to watch your videos!
Can you give tips on how to draw teeth I struggle with the placement of the gums whatever comes to drawing teeth weatherby human or animal and I was wondering if you could do that little sketch or something😅
Hey there! I’ve been SUPER interested in your unique art recently, I think what you make is amazing, and everything you say with it is truly inspiring for me and many others. Along with your art, I have been really intrigued by your (for lack of a better world) ‘style’, by which I mean the leather art bag, leather journal/ sketchbook cover, lots of your really cool clothing and many other items of that nature that I have seen you use before. I was wondering if you could share with me exactly how and or where you got all of these things so I could be as awesome as you and your clothing is. If not, I totally understand, but if so, thank you so very much! Have an excellent day, your fascinated viewer viewer, Shade Kiel.
You should do rice art it’s where you pour rice on paper and outline it to make a country and you can name it and put villages castles and even a bit coffee on the paper to make it look like a map
Bro those colored pencils are so smooth and easily seen! If you don’t mind, where did you get those? I really want to have one of those! Also have a great day, and that’s a really good drawing!
Your art is so amazing could you maybe make a tutorial on how to draw beards because I tried, failed, then tried again and did better but still not how I wanted it to look 👀
Your black history videos are so powerful and meaningful. Thank you so much. Beautiful artwork too. ❤ Can I ask? What sketchbook or paper are you using in the video? 🤔
Can you work with or give your opinion on Prang watercolors. They are personally my favorite and are so glossy once dried the more thick you add the paint.

But more importantly, Daniel was truly awesome.
