It's been a painful few years for the BMC and on 16th May, they announced losses of £625,000 for the financial year 2023. The current CEO, Paul Ratcliffe, took up his position in February 2024 and we caught up with him to hear about how he plans to tackle this latest bad news, along with other systemic issues at the organisation.
