Many people have pronounced renjun’s name wrong and called him renjeon instead so it is also an inside joke to call him renjeon. Mark’s full name is Mark lee which in korean is pronounced more like ma-keu lee and that sounds similar to makgeolli. So this joke was a pun on mark and renjun’s names to say makgeolli and jeon (the drink and food often consumed together).
They have been teasing him since forever for literally everything he does. But they also love him so much, they are all super clingy to him and always wants to be complimented by him. You can start with nct dream since you are already familiar with them.
Once you are familiar with them, you can react to the Awsaz series on the nct TH-cam channel. It's about members from different units who are awkward with each other trying to get close. So its mostly nct dream and 127 members trying to get closer. It's hilarious.

The one with about a rainy day is a pun Mark and Renjun’s name. Apparently in Korea they often eat pancakes (it’s more like a fritter but they call it pancake) and drink rice wine on a rainy day.
Pancakes = jeon (pronounciation is similar to the name John)
Rice wine = makgeolli (pronunciation mahk-goh-lee)
They sometimes call Mark Makgeolli cuz it sounds like his full name “Mark Lee” when said with a Korean accent.
So Haechan said: You need to eat Renjun (reon-jeon. It’s not a real type of Jeon. The point is to eat jeon) and Mark Lee (makgeolli) on a rainy day.
