Sure, if you twist it in certain ways and ignore a lot of the context to the situations Mario ends up in, then i guess you could make a case for it. But as far as i'm concerned the 'Mario is Mental' videos sre all very bad theories, they don't hold up now and they didn't even hold up well back then. Just videos made for the shock factor of Mario being evil rather than being believable theories at all.
