Greg I have been doing this literally for 1 day on my own after seeing you with Bryson on the Golf Channel and the improvement in 2 nagging injuries is huge!!!

Great video and explanation, Greg, thank you. MAT has helped me tremendously. My goal is to train with you in the future and become a Certified specialist. Hopefully soon!

Hi Greg, love listening to you. How could a person do the internal rotation isometric exercise alone. With covid, I'm not touching clients at this point.

You could look for different "walls" to lightly press into. By walls, I mean either literal walls, or a doorframe, etc. It's what I do when I'm alone. The 90/90 internal rotation exercise, mainly.

Why Isometric rather than using a full range?

I have been golfing for around twenty years, unable to break Ninety. I was not able to attain an excellent round during the last 3-4 years until I completed reading through these golf swing techniques , Jοmtοnο Naha (Go ogle it). My irons are not that great. My drive doesn’t attain a terrific range but I am able to properly hold my driver with no issue.
