1) Can we implement this signin with Google without any external provider like firebase , Google cloud or 0 auth is there any library on react for this ? 2) how can we bind the name, emails ... In an api and call it in different microservices?
isn't there a security issue storing name email an dprofile like that ?, what if user just add name email profile from anyother site in local storage without login

In google authentication part, google popup is not coming, and theres an error saying, Indicate whether to send a cookie in a cross-site request by specifying its SameSite attribute

if you want to use authentication on your website then you have to add your domain inside the authentication section for verification.
