The spark 10 pro really is the king 👑👑👑 of budget phones. Tecno really outdid themselves on it. It's lovely. The 8gb ram with options to extend (+8) and 256gb internal storage is something to talk about. The 50mp + 32mp rear and front facing camera respectively is also a plus(+) . Then they sealed it with 18watt fast charging all for a #125000.
But in order to make it happen they had to cut some corners.... 💔 💔 . Someone said he had to return his spark 10 pro or rather exchange it for another phone because "the speakers are too low, the audio quality is bad " he had so many complain and I was like what were you expecting...... It's a low budget phone with great specs... You can't compare it to the likes of Samsung or iphone. So if your budget is low #SPARK10PRO is what you should go for. 👑👑👑👑👑

Oga please I got this phone and the battery is not strong enough , it drops quickly. Is this a factory fault? Or it's how the phone production is.

Initially I was sceptical about the phone when my husband gifted me with it, I squeezed my face like fermented poo calling it cheap phone, but when I unboxed it, I was wowed by the picture quality. The best of all androids I have used. I felt good and cooked a sumptuous meal to apologize to him. It's a yes from me.

That's exactly my complaints/dissatisfaction with the spark 10 pro and if they make improvement in these areas and the charging speed the phone will be perfect
This things are work in progress, they keep getting better, let’s hope they improve more.

It means that the RAM spaces of the phone is 8GB. But if the phone is running slow or if you need additional space for apps installation, you can borrow more 8GB from the main storage of the phone to add to the RAM. This will make the RAM have a total or 16GB. RAM space can be increased in Special Function in the settings.

Been using the phone for a while now, a descent phone, only issue I'm having is that the notification panel always appears collapse not expanded , and one needs to tapping to expanding it

Spend time in the permission settings in your phone. There you can learn to permit which app should show notifications and which one should not.

What is the solution to Tecno spark 10 pro draining fast of battery
No idea bro. I guess most of the phones from Tecno that were launched this year are having battery drain issue. I guess, reducing screen brightness, ending background apps frequently, and reducing display timeout time will help.

These are usually splash water and dust resistant phones. What it means is that this phone can survive under rain or sprinkled water. But if you immerse it in water, (if you shuk am for water) it will be damaged.

There are 2 reasons and 2 solutions.
Reason 1: Manufacturing error. You bought it new and you have only used it moderately. It is not your fault.
Solution 2: Return it to the seller.
Reason 2: You bought it second hand and the first buyer has stressed the battery with heavy gaming, downloads, constant browsing and all sorts other heavy usage under full screen brightness. It could also be that you bought it new but never allows the phone to rest, using the phone as mentioned above.
Solution 2: Live with it or replace the battery.

Well , know your phone and learn to manage your applications. Theres so many things you can adjust or you can turn off to your phone. In the box mostly are in defaault settings. Theres a background running and you need to turn it off.

Very useless microphone , not loud at all....i want to dumb it for infinix, it is straining my ears especially when taking a call you cannot hear anything😢😢😢😢
It's your choice.
1. screen brightness; is very poor on dark mode. on dark mode under the sunlight, you would find it difficult to see the phone screen. the screen brightness goes down automatically on it own, which looks weird to me.
2. sounds quality; both on loud speaker and earphone it low to me not high enough.
3. phone performance: this device is slow.
4. pricing; the price is high for the device ability.
About the brightness that reduce by it self, maybe you phone is on Auto adjust, that what make it reduce or increase by it self

The phone battery capacity is a big downside... Tecno should have made the phone to be at least 6000 mAh or 7000mah... A phone of that heavy price should come with a stronger battery... They are phones that are far cheaper in price that carry stronger batteries so why should they upgrade without upgrading the battery?
Seeing how much it cost 125k for of 8gb of Ram 256 gb of Rom you still expect 6kmah battery wow 😅 for me it s okey considering the price range. They even compensated for that with the 18watt fast charging so it's a good one from tecno

It’s hard to answer your question. Let me try. When you buy a new phone, the first time you turn it on, it will take you through the initial settings or configuration.
1. Select Language
2. Select country
3.accept terms of use
4. Set password
5. etc
If you saw these settings the first time you turn the phones on, it is probably a new phone and you somehow entered a password during the initial configuration.
If you turn the phone on for the first time and it takes you strain to the “homepage.” It’s probably not a new phone. I will suggest that you check with the seller.

If there is no way of contacting the seller, you should consider factory reset. You should be able to access the factory menu using the power and volume control keys.
When the phone is off, press and hold the power key and volume + keys at the same time until the phone takes you to the factory reset menu. If you are not taken to the power menu, turn the phone of and repeat the same process again using volume - key instead of volume +.
It’s an easy process that can wipe the password out. But if this is hard for you, get a technician.
