Another amazing video. Not just the joining part, but the standing dc. Bc it never made sense to me that the point of twisting the hook is to basically yarn over for the dc. Such a simple thing, but the way you put it into words is so easy to understand that it's mind blowing to me. How did I never get that. My personal favorite is doing stacked sc, or sc+chain 1, but either way. This was so useful and you made it seem so easy, instead of overcomplicating it

Do you do this with the very first row?
You can do the Standing Double Crochet into a magic ring to start, but you have to chain-1 first and use the chain to do the stitch.
