I’m so confused about the shoe VS no shoe household , is it an American thing? Like that’s not even a question where I am EVERY house is a no shoe household so it’s not even addressed

I think wearing shoes in the house is a very American thing. I'm from Canada and we would have special house shoes there...but always take off outdoor shoes at the door. Here in the States people walk right in.
In the Netherlands it’s almost weird is you take off your shoes right when you come in the house haha. Most people ask if they have to take off their shoes. 🤭 When you do take off your shoes you’re comfortable in that house, so when you are with your best friend or boyfriend you can take off your shoes. I hope you understand haha
I’m from Canada and we always have no shoes on in the house what so ever. So weird when I see people doing it

I wear shoes in my house, at least when I walk in then sometimes I change to slippers but not always. But it’s easy you just gotta clean regularly which I do anyways everyday cuz I love a clean space so it’s easy haha. ☺️

Osteopath student here: your posture could be a result of a “tighter” front of the body (abs, hip flexors), try doing some more back exercises/yoga flows where you open up your front body
As a kid my mom got me and my sister harness like things that you wore like a backpack and it wouldn't let you hunch. We wore it for like an hour or two at home and I'm sure that really improved my posture (plus dance lessons definitely helped too)

Claudia you are so right about posture! I just got a posture corrector 2 weeks ago and I’m not kidding, it literally changed my life. I’ve had horrible neck and back pain because of my posture (especially when I would wake up) and I literally made myself 1” shorter, threw my lower spine off as well and had a hard time turning my neck left and right. All of those things make you highly uncomfortable throughout the day whenever you’re doing anything which naturally can lead to an increase in anxiety and depression. Since beginning to correct my posture, my neck feels 10x better, my back feels great, my confidence has boosted and my mood has greatly increased. High HIGHLY recommend a posture corrector for anyone experiencing what I have experienced.

I had an idea for ur next video... I’ve been looking through Pinterest and there are a ton of 30 day writing challenge ideas. Some of them sounded really cool. I’ve done a few of them, but I think they would be super cool for u to vlog (they’re kind of like, “What’s the best thing that’s ever happened to u? What’s ur most embarrassing story?” And stuff like that). Of course, you don’t have to do this, but it’s something I’ve been trying to do lately to reflect, and I really liked it. Just thought I’d suggest it!
