    @Soul-iv5le ปีที่แล้ว +1

    i watched Tatum press conference after the game and i feel sorry for him, you can see that he shook and he tried to be positive and believe that we can turn it around, and i hope we could, cause i want to see us getting back to the finals and get the job done this time. Having said all of that, many things gone wrong in both games for us, i know JT is our best player but from my point of view, the whole team look lost, and I agree with John here, i mean, we have a coach whose operating like a bloody robot, everything is a pattern, from rotation, scheme, adjustment, and execution. Keep playing Al Horford when he's been trash on both ends, Bam just eating him alive and had a dinner party at the garden, all of us could see it other than Joe Mazzulla, and to make it even worst, he has a guy named Robert Williams who played much much better in lesser minutes than Al Horford, but he doesn't want to use him, same as Marcus Smart, been trash the whole game, turnover prone, shoot first point guard whose jacking up shots, D White been playing well, don't want to use him, and this is the problem with Joe Mazzulla and to me, he's just simply stubborn, Jaylen, man, calling out the fans for lack of energy, how do we even suppose to cheer him up and clapping when he's playing like that, throwing bricks, trampoline hands, napping on defense, come on .. and those 3 guys, Al -15, Smart -15, Jaylen -24 .. what are we doing man .. let's look at the other team, coach Spoelstra, he knew that we targeted Kevin Love, he couldn't make shots, he's slow, and he's a liability on defense, so you know what, he said "come here K Love, sit with me" he only played 14 minutes .. and that's the difference on full display, you don't need a top tier head coach to tell you which one is working and which one is not, all of us Celtics fan and might be even Heat fan could see it, and for some reason, Joe Mazzulla is the one that did not see it, he keep forcing it, robot coaching .. I think in order for us to have a chance, he needs to tweak the lineup man

    Like I said before, it’s not that JB is not good, but last night showed what I been saying for a minute now, JB has reached his ceiling he’s not gonna get any better then what he is now. His defense has dropped off significantly this year, and if he’s not making shots he does nothing for you. He doesn’t Rebound at a high level, he’s not a playmaker with the ball because he can’t DRIBBLE THE BALL!!! SMH. And his offensive moves are basic. I really do love my team but win lose or draw you have to really strongly think about giving JB that super max and committing to $613m to him and JT. I rather us Trade him for Trae, Dame, or a blockbuster deal for Luka. The Celtics need an elite ball handler who can also create for others and themselves. JT can do that but even he tends to over dribble in the worst situations and turn the ball over. I thought Brogdon would be the guy but nah man.

But when problems on offense are discussed, one being predictability and r.eliance on the three on offense, it stands that they have no post game as an option and avoid being predictable. Really none. Horford is 37, and rarely operates in the Post, and Rob either can't or won't

    Turnovers. Wish somebody could tell me the Celtics record(in playoffs games since the bubble) in games where team's had 14 or more turnovers. It can't be good. I wonder if they've even won 1 of those games. Seems to be their event horizon aka point of no return.
    This feels like bubble all ova again tho. Also very reminiscent of their battles last yr in the ECF vs MIA in the games where BOS would get leads then blow em; or outplay MIA for 3/4 of a game & then ultimately lose. It's reminiscent of the finals last yr vs Golden State where again, I feel like in games where they kept turnovers under 14, they won. When the Celtics lose, it's usually been them beating themselves. Not underselling DEF either, but seems to be way more bad offense & turnovers that's costing em in these games ova the last fews-that debacle of a 3rd quarter in game 1 withstanding. It's Jaylen making bad decisions trying to force things again. Aside from when Curry went nuclesr, the Golden State series was still winnable but theyd have bad stretches with horrible offensive purpose & more importantly, bad turnovers. In the bubble the Jays would have these possessions where they they tried to break the zone by dribbling through 2 guys up high and lose the ball. Or just make lazy passes. It's the turnovers number 1. It's crazy but 14 seems to be the line. I swear their record will back me up and I don't even know the record but I'd bet my house I'm right. 13 turnovers and under they barely ever ever ever lose. But when it's 14 and especially more than 14, they find themselves in these games. Where they piss away leads or melt in the 4th quarter. Vs MIA & in Bubble, the Celtics would outplay MIA for much of the game. Same things happening now. But they allow MIA to hang around, or have bad possessions & turnovers that allow MIA to get out & run for easy baskets, and then it's clutch time & the Celts for 3 yrs in the post season continue to struggle in the clutch. They get right, seem slow to react, aren't moving ball with force. It's maddening as a fan that they are still doing that & haven't grown. I'm not gonna get upset with Grant for giving a Flying F & being competitive. His teammates should've had his back. He had 1 bad play imo, the in the lane nesr basket when he tried to triple upfake Bam & then shoot ova him. Outside of that he was good imo, and at least he battled & was willing to mix it up. JB was awful. I feel like he has the syndrome that used to affect Smart. Where so many possessions go by, he feels the need to get involved and ends up forcing a bad shot, or worst, trying to take on 2 or 3 guys where he puts head down and dribbles it off leg or gets it stolen. Clean up the turnovers. Stop sagging off of shooters so much. Jimmy shooting tough 2s all game won't beat you. Even if he hits 12/20 & goes to line another 8-13 times. Giving them transition buckets, and allowing Martin/Vincent/Robinson to all shoot in space will beat you. Cuz imo, Jimmy is gonna get his. Just make it hard on him & live with it. It's the extra possessions that are killing this team. And it hurt em in bubble and hurt em last yr. Any1 is free to fact check me, but I guarantee that 13 turnovers and under, the Celts record is gonna be near unblemished in the playoff games the last few yrs. 14 & ova, I'd be surprised if they even have .200 winning %-if they even have any wins at all.

A lot of peeps so conditioned by character limits & it's overwhelming for em to look at 2-3 paragraphs so I don't even blame em for overlooking my rant 😂. But it honestly took 15 seconds to type & honestly even less time to proof read. Idk, I can't help it tho, I mean I know there's a lot that's gone wrong in all these losses ova past few yrs. But I really do think that if u pick any 1 thing, it really is turnovers that I feel has killed this team the most & the 1 thing outta any, that we can point to and say, "just keep it 13 or under for C sakes and u prob win" !! I I just feel like as much that as gone wrong, and all the issues, rotations, etc fans can point to, at end of day, im at point where I feel like we just need to look at turnovers, and if it's ova 13, ya know they blew it. And I hear ya on coaching. Obv the players are out there at end of day, and they certainly deserve a ton of blame. But it's hard not to point at coaching when u see these runs, and team melting in front of our eyes, and it's rinse,.repeat every game. Clearly, message is not getting thru in crunch time. I mean least with Brad, they were younger. But can only use youth as an excuse for so long. Comes a time where u need to grow up. Way too many playoff games under this cores belt now, for fans to accept youth as an excuse now
