I’m not understanding your point. Jimmy not having a ring yet is because winning a championship takes three things: 1) Being healthy 2) Being skilled and 3) Being lucky. All of those things have to click at the same time. In all of his championship runs (including this one), health and luck have been an issue but never Jimmy’s skills. Would the Celtics have a better chance with Udoka coaching? Perhaps. But maybe against other teams and not the Heat. The Heat have Spo and he’s considered top 15 greatest coach of all time. I think Joe is a lot more than just a scapegoat for this loss. Jimmy hadn't scored against Brogdon all night, so Joe takes Brogdon out for Smart who was awful. Rob was bullying the entire Heat all night, so he puts Al in who hadn't done anything right. Grant pisses off Butler and Butler goes nuclear while Joe watches Grant get cooked.
