Hi! I started regressing involuntarily at age 5 due to the time period of my trauma and it wasnt until I turned 12/13 that I started voluntarily regressing. I cant really tell you that you are too young to regress but I can offer you some advice. 1. Stay in the SFW Age regression community. This one is kind of obvious but it is very easy to drift into other communities that may not be safe for minors (even if they say so). SFW age regression is NEVER sexual in any way no matter what. 2. Dont worry about having a Care giver right now. I think having a caregiver is advertised as this super cute and fun experience but it's not always like that. Sometimes it is but not always. I think you should wait until you are older and less of a target for bad and icky people before you get others involved in your regression. 3. Still try to live life at your actual age if that's a safe option for you. Everyone's life situation is different but if you can I would definitely recommend that you make some fun memories at your real age and not just when you're regressed. Age 12 is a huge learning and growing point in life and I wouldn't want anyone to completely miss it because they're too worried about living at a younger age. Of course this all depends on your life situations so you should do what makes you comfortable. I hope those tips helped a bit. Thanks for watching my video! Be safe
