Thank you so much for these videos dude. As someone interested in getting into the game, just being able to get a quick rundown of every character's gameplan and staple moves is super helpful.
P4AU was my first 'proper' fighter outside of smash. I was super excited for the release on steam and I and a friend got it but we quickly got demotivated thanks to the game pretty much dying on launch thanks to no rollback and our opponents basically just washing us because they'd been playing the game for so long before. Eventually we dropped the game and went on to strive which was a much better experience, both in fair opposition, connection and ease of use combos. I mained Naoto in my short time playing P4AU and I do want to come back to this game at some point, so I'll keep this video in mind to come back to.
@@giannis_tar combo difficulty always varies with character and circumstance But Strive is far more accessible with the screen freezes and what not so the relieved real-time pressure makes everything much more manageable. As well as things being a bit more streamlined compared to Persona where characters have so many resources to keep track of for the best combo routes.
Hey I know this isn’t a Dnf video but do you think you’ll make a Ranger guide. I personally already have a decent understanding of him, but I’d like to see a take on him from another perspective to see if I can learn anything. Plus I like the format style of your guides as well.
Highly doubtful that I’ll get around to more full DNF guides as I finish out Persona and Street Fighter comes out =\ Everything I have in the pipeline for DNF is mainly combo tutorial stuff with a sprinkle of gameplans and those are on the back burner until the next big update in summer But I’d say to check our Cow’s Ranger videos for some pretty good insight
Come through to the Fight Club discord, they have a Naoto character section with some experts that will put you on to some good flowcharts discord.gg/nXAYR4dU As a general starter though, you wanna make use of jump cancellable moves on block like Standing C in your strings to go for pressure resets with multiple jumping A's/air dash mixups Double Fangs into low bullets is always a good go-to

Glad you found your groove with Strive!
And these guides will be here if you do return 😉
And maybe some street fighter if you end up getting 6 😏
Strive has easier combos than persona?

Does anyone have some basic blockstrings for Naoto? Dustloop doesn't have a lot in her strategy section.
