COVERSTORYDOOWOP Sorry to hear about that! In the time that song was performed I never saw one transit customer put any tips in your case! You guys sounded pretty damn good! But if u gotta split your gain 7 ways it gets watered down mightily! Lol! Take care!
The brotha in the green hat has such a spectacular vocal range! Bass, Falsetto and at times it sounds almost Contralto! Amazing! I really don't think the majority of the people witnessing this performance realizes the talent and how rare a treat their witnessing! You have to have such a sense of timing, rhythm, and breath control and oh yeah, an awsome voice to match, all in one package! True talent speaks for itself! Good performance guys!

How can this get a thumbs down? This is the real deal Doo - Wop. The vocals are smooth - NO AUTOTUNE PEOPLE ! This is music not what we have today. This is era when songs were about Love, heartbreak & the beauty of life. Not today, today the music is about killing, stabbing, who got over on who. I wish music didnt evolve and we still had good music. Blessings to this group- you guys are amazing 🙌 🙌 🙌
I know, I would just love to see them on stage doing an ole school performance. Man I miss those days. I remember the talent shows back in the day where all these guys would get discovered. The music of the generations after these types of groups can't measure up. Only a few got my attention. Oh it would be a glorious thing to have them in small concert like settings or other entertainment venues.
I cried listening to this. Every time I think about this I remember my grandmother who loved this song. She passed away this past November and this only brings back the sweet memories I had with her
😢I'm sorry for your lost my Grandmom loves this too.. I sing it with her .. We go out karaoke .. You know sometimes it's those moments when song reminds of them that they are saying hello
They are one of dozens of black guys who been friends for years and get together and sing back in the 70's when I was a kid I heard alot of this group singing because my father was in one. He even wrote a song for Smokey Robinson that was in the movie Cooley high. I'm in Chicago home of the chi lites.
That was the most beautiful, impassioned singing I've ever stumbled across. One wize soul stopped and let this powerful magic carry her home to a lost love. Towards the end he sang it for her alone cause she alone heard. My God that was beautiful. What a gift to us all.

I've seen a lot but I've never seen or heard someone sing like my man in the green hat. God has defiantly bless you!!! Your basically the whole group. I can listen to your music all day long!!! God bless you.
I've played this several times, and I must say that they did a great job... Brings back the images of the Acapella groups on the corners in NYC presenting their art.. Great vocals!!!! Thank you!
OMG that .music back then was the best ever and these men delivering it do give it the justice it deserves. They are just awesome .
