Well think logically for a moment. Let’s rewind 100 years. What songs do we continue to sing from that era? Probably the top 5% is all that survived. Many singers have come and gone, had their 15 minutes, and were forgotten forever. Point here being that all of the examples we’re familiar with of old music is literally the best that era had to offer. Nowadays we haven’t had a century to weed through all the mess and find our top percents that live on to the next generation. Instead of defining the era as we have in the past by listening solely to their legacy, we now have all of today’s music which necessarily includes the rest of that 95% that isn’t so great. Naturally, our schema of old music contains more “good” songs than our schema for nowadays music.
@@KiddAlways it’s a common refrain that gets used to indicates music used to be better. Reality is we’re only hearing the best of the best from those bygone eras

Receiving the love 7 years later
Peace & love x
I love NYC for this reason, walking through the park you can hear these heavenly voices!
I mean I'll be honest,....I knew I was gonna love it before I even heard the first word....bc this has always been one of my fav songs- and I was right, but I was surprised it was even better than I knew it would be!
Great job guys! Touches my soul every time I hear it,...reminds me of my dad he used to sing a lot of older songs like this to my mom, and me..and dance. Great memories.
Unfortunately, my wife hate international song!
We are Brazilians and I love all of this things
My dad told me when I was 13 years old, he said son there is always going to be someone bigger and badder then you that goes for anything you choose to do with your life Football, Boxing, A Doctor Lawyer Singer and etc but it’s up to you to keep fighting and being the best you can be and that has always stuck with me there is so much talent on this Earth!!
Classic tunes and nice performance! Man…these cats are grooving! All I see is Paul from the Temptations movie dancing at the audition for Berry Gordy! LoL
Came here through the Royal Wedding here in the U.K. This group would have also had the world in tears. Great version !!!
This is what we need right now--so up lifting. Hope these guys are noticed and get a break. Never get tired of the oldies. Great performance. 💖💖🎶🎶🎶🎶
Probably saved someones life that day who was going through it.

I love the fact that the lady in white is dancing at 3:13 while everyone else is still! That's good energy right there!
Fr keep that same energy dog
These guys are the REAL deal, fantastic crew, saw them live at this location, all took the time to talk with us . Nice guys. Still have the photos of me taken with them on my phone. A memorable afternoon. Hoping for a post pandemic return to NYC......they will be the first attraction we search for !
LOVE IT! 👏 "REAL" music aaaahh... Beautiful background setting for this video too!
Love these men! Such real talent and such soul. This is great music to my ears. Great performance!
Oh my goodness I so wish I could have been there , I’m a 70 year old lady from the UK brought up with this music . I miss it so much particularly at this standard 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏😍🇬🇧
U gotta love the moves tho 😂 old school Uncles !
Sano Benon I was searching for somebody talking about the choreo 😂😂
When I they started singing I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. It is people like this that bring love to my heart. The absolute soul they have is incredible, there voices are absolutely outstanding. I couldn't have had a better night knowing what this world holds. Therefore thank you so much for what you do!
この人は決して誰よりも歌が上手いわけではありません。
歌詞の意味を理解し、自分に落とし込み、本能で歌ってるだけです。
それが人の心に一番ささります
I'm so glad I found these guys such beautiful voices!
I don't understand why people just appreciate ones talent and not start comparing the performance to other performers and to the original. Maybe they don't understand the meaning of a cover. Great talent here.
Awesome is all that needs saying ....
Quentin Fernandez Ain't that the truth and these are some of the same people who probably can't sing..
I hate the word cover. Just call it a bloody song for god's sake. Nobody says The London Symphony Orchestra covered Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata.
Quentin Fernandez my sentiments exactly 🙌
Quentin Fernandez Because it is a human trait to define greatness in opposition to mediocrity.
The bassist that one white friend authorized to stop at the barbecue
I don't think these guys see color.👍

This cover made me speechless 👏👏👏. Such amazing voices!!!
I remember being there but i was on a trip with my school choir and we sang along. it was pretty enchanting and the reverb of the hall was absolutely amazing.
Crazy how people with real talent like them are made to sing on the streets when the undeserving with no talent sing on big stages. Credit to these OG’s
( thanks for the likes my G’s)
This real music is for the people. The mainstream music is for the money.
