I agree with the mmda and sir bong, imagine if there were no authorities imposing proper discipline on our roads and motorists can do whatever they want and get away with it. If you will listen to the driver, he has somewhat saying some cause for concern. The rules are not consistent, it should be followed 24/7 and not just on a special day. That is what lacking on government, the consistent implementation such as no smoking no littering to name some. On bigger side, what happen to the corruption cases open during senate hearings...nothing due to lack of will to implement the laws. I am not into the driver, we should listen to his arguments and made some adjustments.
That attitude of that driver doesn't work here in my place in Toronto. I drive every single day, and if a police officer stops you you have to keep still and put your hands on the stirring wheel.

Even if these motorists get to dispute the violation, they're at the losing end because of the time spent to dispute what shouldn't have happened. So tell us, what does the agency you represent do to erring apprehending traffic officers? Do you ask for their resignations?
You have a point. But in this case, everyone knows the guy in the car is in the wrong. I don't think a dispute is necessary, when they are the law enforcer and the car guy went against the law.

I hope the blank ticket has a provision advising the violator to go to a special or specific court if he has any complaint with the citation for any violation. This way, arguments will be avoided. Just write the citation, that’s it no more stree conssuuming hours of unnecessary arguments which is really time-consuming and almost without closure.
