      I really enjoy your videos Femke and are always to the point, so useful :))
      Btw, I tried to download the Checkpoint Guide, but it seems, that the link doesn't work after entering the personal details (name, email). Can you possibly post a link where we can download it? Millions of thank you :)

    Thank you so muchh for this amazing and educative video. Question: Please at what point in the checkpoint process do we do usability testing?

      She mentions that during checkpoint two you share any research you've conducted on the concepts - so I'd say by the time checkpoint two comes around. In another comment she also mentions that she has several smaller maybe un-official check-ins with the working team before delivering check2.

    When you have a tight deadline.. Probably you could avoid the 'giving life to flat screens' (animations )..
    Great video.. 👍

    I loved understand more about process into Product Design. Thank you so much, for many resources and new ways of thinking. Mainly, how i can share all informations and decisions with teams and stakeholders. Thank you. From European Valley, Brazil

    Another great video! Thank you very much. Question: do you often find yourself looping between Checkpoint #1 and Checkpoint #2 as smaller design iterations happen? If so, to these loops often happen via Slack/email, smaller meetings between you and PM or Tech Lead? Thank you.

    • @femkedesign
      @femkedesign  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes! We have smaller, more iterative check ins with the working team only before aligning and delivering checkpoint 2

    Hi Femke, I would like to implement this process in my company, but I feel that I need to convince a lot of people to do it. How would you do it?

    • @femkedesign
      @femkedesign  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Sofia! It helps if you can get someone from the product side on board, then perhaps you can work on a proposal together to get buy-in to try it for a project.

    Working a full time job and side hustles, do you get burnt out? Or how do you deal with preventing burn out?

    This checkpoint system is completely at odds with your explanation of the double diamond and UX process video, so which do you actually use?

    What is an average timeframe for all these 5 checkpoints. If you can mention time frames of individual checkpoints, that would be great.

      @femkedesign  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey! I mention this in the video ;) Anywhere from 4 weeks to 6 months.
