Coffee and a wee now and then is all you need to keep going! :D S80/V70/XC70/XC90 are probably the best overall interior for the money. Anything above that and I'm sure the price tag will triple in a hurry. Haven't tried the 8-speed yet. The old 6-speed is shit by any standard, it hates city traffic a lot. Probably 2nd rate binned unit hand-me-down that didn't make the cut, courtesy by Toyota.
@@SacreDro It's a no-brainer if you find a clean vehicle. I have a 2010 2.5FT 150k miles/240k km going for 7 years now. Regular maintenance according to service schedule and the car just keep going. Doesn't feel like it has the milage it's showing. The engine will last forever if not neglected. Transmission. They say "filled for life". A complete flush should be done at least once in its life for longevity. It's the worst part of the car overall, but they shouldn't break unless seriously abused. I'm in the "normal wear over time"-zone right now. Expecting it to last years more. The flush procedure is somewhat complicated and can be costly as it requires minimum 12L/13 quarts of fluid to be done with adequate results.
Own one, got a recall from RYBROOKE VOLVO WARRINGTON for inlet manifold fault/replace, car never been the same since runs rough as f**k no acceleration and runs rough at idle. Anybody had similar issues and solutions

When accelerating did you have it in standard or on the right in "S"?
The "S" is also automatic, unless you engage the manual change
