Is there a way to get recommended ranges for a game with a 1 bigblind ante for all players before betting starts preflop?

If that's a common style of poker on some sites, then there's probably some coach out there who's created ranges. I don't have ranges for that. Though, I would assume with so much money in the pot to begin the hand, it would incentivize lots more raises to steal, especially in the LP. Lots of 3bets too. And, you probably have to defend the bb a ton against every 2bet. 4bet reraises would be critical and lots of cold 4bet bluff shoving.
