Wow Niomi you are very strong! Doing this I realised how poor my core strength/balance is :( I could barely keep myself up doing the side planks! This is a wake up call that I need to take back control of my health! Thank you for this, you are so lovely to follow please do more full body workouts! xx

i love this but some helpful feedback... don't put in background music as it then interferes with the music I want to play while working out and leave a longer break between the circuits for better recovery time and then better performance xx
Awesome workout and 20 minutes is also the perfect lenght in my opinion! I just did it and it sure kicked my butt! I admire your body strength! You were hardly shaking and going in on those press ups!
Hey Niomi, you need to tuck your elbows in when you're doing a push-up. Great job, and thanks for the amazing content! But yeah, you may want to ensure your form is right because your videos are watched by thousands :)
Press-ups are really hard ifyou haven´t done them in a long time, its hard on your triceps, which you dont excersise much in our nrmal life.SO start easy on them! :)
