I saw that one for sale. By the way can you check this house out at 580 Sabal Palm Road in Miami. It had just been completed and listed for sale again after showing preconstruction photos for years. It has a guest house and a four car garage. It also has a glass elevator, office, movie theater, a gym and a large outdoor second floor terrace

It’s near a highway and possibly a water tower. The land was also cheap so the builder got a great deal. No need to break the bank if you know there are some things people may not care for near their home. It’s still a nice home.

Great home! Even if the highway is near the home appears to be sound proof. Also with the right design, one can decorate this beautiful mansion as a warm and cozy home. It’s a great place for family gatherings and when you’re home alone there’s always something to do so one shouldn’t get bored.

Easily my favorite home to date. And I've seen alot of home tours. The price is unreal. With a full sized elevator??? I know I haven't seen a home yet that comes close to the listing price with that sized elevator in it.
Then... The Tree!!! Imagine placing 4 intimate table and chair settings with some French style art work on the pillars. Your cook brings you and your date a finely prepared meal. And you dine by the tree. Panty dropper. The space is crazy. The backyard is insane. And it doesn't look difficult to maintain at all.
I love the walk in pool. Hopefully it's salt water. Makes it even better. Self cleaning.
The outdoor entrance screams "I AM SUCCESSSFUL"! And the color choice is perfect. I MUST HAVE THIS HOME!!!

Thank you for the tour. I do like the entrance to this beautiful home. Are the floors to all the bedroom hardwood or expensive wood paneling? The sun light from the center roof area is impressive. The palm is nice and you will have to, in the future, be concerned about the growing roots of that tree hitting the floor area there. Jason I agree about placing a nice dinner table there by the palm tree with the sky light and romantic scenes. The Master Suite is very. Finally, the outdoor walk way to that huge mini terrace is so nice. Again, thank you for the showing. Continued success.
