HNY guys! Always entertaining to watch your joy and pleasure sailing and especially lovely to see the smiles on your faces with your food and gifts too! Long may it continue in ‘22!!!
Hilarious as usual! Another instructional video for new crew and inspiring skippers alike 😂, and an absolute joy to watch, a very Happy New Year to you and yours.
Nice to see the experts sailing and showing the audience how to do it all correctly.🤣. Not sure the skipper picked the best anchorage with beam sea at anchor.
Fantastic to see you out on the water again. Can you tell me what the big white flappy thing is at the front of the boat? Not sure I have seen it before. I am worried it’s some sort of net or trap and you might motor right into it.
@@LeeShoresLazyJacksandLunches ah yes of course. I remember how successful it was at catching flies in an earlier video. I am still learning to sail so I watch your masterful videos intently but can’t think why you would want to catch flies? What do you use the flies for?
Gents, obviously late to the party, but have spent many an hour catching up and your content, presentation and demeanour, I’ve found superb and without pretension. Brilliant and look forward to many more of your adventures. Incidentally, I too own and sail a Beneteau 36cc (circa 2001) I berth and sail her on the East Coast - a different sailing experience than yours - mud everywhere and often very shallow. You get used to it. Obviously, when you sail Cool Runnings, I can’t help myself from scrutinising anything that comes into camera shot - no offence Dave R - Induna too is a lovely boat and as result in the Falmouth episodes I noticed, Dave O, the smart interior lights you have installed in the main salon and wonder where you may have purchased them? They look ideal, modern, LED and brighter than what I currently have and would like to get hold of some. Anyway, top class viewing by a couple of good guys. Cheers
There I was thinking this will be interesting getting into Kings Quay with that draft. A return trip is called for during the summer armed with sandwiches, a flask and the dinghy.
Poor Wendy! She will be in the office in tears now. Thanks for another lovely video, it has strengthend my resolve in favour of keeping my powerboat after seeing all the things with sailing that I no longer have the patience for....

Well, where does one start with this one.... It's the first time I've had Mal de mer in my living room, that was one rocky lunch lads! I'm so glad I've invested in more fly fishing gear as you're doing a great job of confirming I've made the right choice to sell my vessel! Have a great 2022 🎣

Fair point Jason. I feel a bit bad now. Need to give him some slack on the basis of his lack of recent sailing experience. I shall try to remember that. 😂

Glad to be of help ST. Hope all is well with you.
Plenty of rocks just off the creek, one of which ripped off my Mirror centre case! Thank you for the video.
You’re welcome MC. Did note the rocks and gave ourselves a little clearance. That’s a long way from civilisation with no centre case.
Brilliant!
Happy new year Simon, sail safe.

You’re not wrong shakes. It was my idea but ultimately Skipper must take the blame. Stay safe.
