This local lady is missing something , she put row coffee beans wrapped in plastic bag and allowed it to melt in hot cooking pan for few seconds , ( she should have removed the plastic before place Coffee beans with plastic to melt into frying Pan ) definitely plastic contamination will get consume by those who would enjoy the Coffee later on . I am not blaming nor criticizing the local lady but I would point my finger to the Ministry of Health of the Leadership of South Sudan, should be responsible to hold Seminar to train locals in various Villages all around the country in order to uplift and educate the poor locals for better healthy ways of life.
