This is for sure a lot of hard work trough the years, but his musical sensivity comes from somewhere else other than just practicing. Thank you for sharing !
Paul, I may be a little drunk on wine tonight, but I just want you to know; I love you, I love your channel, and I love your wholesomeness. Your connection with your family, as well as with the elephants and the workers who care for them. I may not always comment but if there is a "rock" on youtube, this is it. Thank you Paul, you are a guiding beacon. Bless you. PS: Your recent video dedicated to five beautiful years with your daughter is the most touching, heartfelt thing I have seen in some time. I have shared it with all of my loved ones. I must admit I have felt more cynical than not this last month or so, but your transcendent music and your positivity is helping more than words can say. Thank you, and I wish you and yours only the absolute finest that life has to offer.
I just relearned this piece since stay home order been in place, first played it my sophomore year of high school for UIL state completion and now im 21 reliving memories. I loved your performance and cant wait for more!
All 32? In one year? That's crazy! But then, you're the guy who drags an upright to the middle of an elephant sanctuary to play the second movement of the Pathetique for an elephant or two, which is also crazy. But peculiarly entertaining! PS - Can't wait for Sonata No 2 in A major, definitely one of my faves.
A month ago you your wife & daughter did a rendition of Moon River. And it was absolutely beautiful. She's has a amazing voice & your piano skills are fantastic. Thank you for sharing that. It's one of my favorite videos of yours. Be safe & well my friend all of you. 👍☺
The sound of the Feurich grand is something special. The room, the mic. The way you play! Beautiful! I would love to see a video on your recording process and postprocessing one day. Stay safe!
This is so beautiful, and I congratulate you for taking on the goal of recording all 32 sonatas by the end of the year - this is a lofty goal and you will attain it!
You’re an absolutely wonderful pianist. I’m so looking forward to your complete piano sonata performances!! Thank you for all your hard work and dedication! Cheers

Great job. Would love it if you could offer all of these (non elephant) performances from the overhead perspective as you do in some of your other videos.
You can! If u really like it and want to, do go for it, a teacher would have been best, BUT theres lots of material on youtube for starters and you'll definitely do well with practice!
Hi Paul, thank you so much for the great tutorials! Could you also do a tutorial on wrist and forearm moving and how to reduce tension when playing? Thank you so much!!

And my entire music library is always with me wherever I go!
Hi Paul! Can u please considérate the nocturne n. 9 of john field? E flat mayor (in some books its the n 8. But imp think is the e flat mayor) . Also numb 4 is beautiful . Why u never played field? Chopin took inspiration from him to write his own nocturne . Think about that please. It comes from living life. Thats the other part of being a musician.
It comes from his piano.

Светлый, фантастически одаренный человек, который щедро делится своим талантом со всеми! Низкий поклон!
Это не талант это гений, он эту сонату за 4 дня выучил по нотам , типо, как же он читает с листа...
Yes, James!
He does have talent though!

If youre gonna start, get some portable stage piano like Yamaha which has 8 octaves. Don't get some shitty 6 octave keyboard with plastic keys.
@@Numberonesorabjifan , a Digital Piano, like the Yamaha P125 or the superior models would be ideal.
