Her 90s documentary was so good! I can’t believe Joey hasn’t watched it. She is so talented. Loved her as Punky, but she’s grown into a beautiful and talented woman.❤
This was a great episode! I just wish that I could hear Andy speak more often. Hint hint @joey… Soleil literally outright asked Andrew a question and Joey just took over. I never got to hear Andy’s answer. lol Love ya Joe!
You can tell that Soleil still has that special place in her heart for Joey. Like he's the one she thinks about sometimes at night like "what could have been." And then Joey is doing the Matrix moves to deflect the entire Pod lol
I loved her documentary. So much nostalgia, I'm thankful she documented things before it was a trend, for all of us from before cell phones to reminisce 💖
First episode I have watched but, who can't live Punky or the Lawrence Brothers? What a great pod cast,I love that I grew up with all of them and they all are coming together and sharing their lives and stories.
Joey, I was the same as you. Never got into anything and when offered was like, no thanks. I look great and feel great in my 40s. What you put in your body matters. And fill it with love and real human connections.
I wouldn't expect to see Fred Savage interviewed because of how he was fired from the "Wonder Years" reboot and Ben Savage isn't interested in reminiscing about his past, he's not even joining the "Boy Meets World" Podcast or speaking with former "Boy Meets World" cast members.
Soleil Moon Frye is just the sweetest woman ever. Always just rolling with the humor and being kind to everyone. I wish to God that more people were like her. Also thank God that Joey, Matt and Andy's parents were always there to protect them. Especially now hearing about Corey Haim and Corey Feldman's tragic story about being preyed upon in Hollywood.
OMG awesome awesome episode. I’m 41 years old and the Lawrence bros have always been a part of my entertainment life since I was a child! Insane growing up with these guys literally. This episode was so much fun to watch. I was a fan to all the '80's shows you mentioned, but my favorite one was Knight Rider. I loved K.I.T.T. and the K.I.T.T. vs K.A.R.R. episode was one of my favorites. I was excited too when I heard Mr. Feeny's voice.
I love Joe. He has such insight into the business. The way he remembers songs , actors , actresses, names , and movies. He is awesome. He loves his brothers dearly, and they respect and adore him. That's just Italian American family conversations. I have 3 siblings, so I understand the dynamics.
I love Joeys thoughts, but damn, is this his show? He has great, true, genuine thoughts. I know how he talks is how he relates, but I want to hear everyone else speak!

OMG, Punky Brewster was my favorite when I was little. My mom called me that up until I was like in my 30’s because I liked her so much. She was way cooler before Alisa Milano (and isn’t anymore) she was my first idol. Thank you. I don’t know Joey Lawrence had a podcast it just came across my feed. Thank you for labeling it this. I probably saw her in more stuff and didn’t know. I can’t wait to watch this.
I love Punky Brewster. I actually just revisited watching the show. Such a great show, felt the ending though was rushed. But Brandon was such a star on that show, he was the best dog ever. Great episode guys, definitely have Punky back and bring Cherie Johnson on too would be awesome. Love when you start reminiscing the 80's, they were the best. Greatest memories.❤✌️
I'm 47 and so happy that Joey was like me! I waited until I was 21 too, until I had my first drink! :) I don't know why that makes me happy . haha I was always adventurous but never wild. Thanks for having Soleil Moon Frye on. It was fun to watch and relate. I think I look younger too and sometimes show respect to people like they are older than me, but sometimes they are younger. Love you guys for sharing your gifts & talents with us, for being authentically yourselves (while also seeking to grow and improve) & for taking us along for the ride!
