I feel bad for the filmmakers, imagine if they were aloud to make small scale Spider-Man films featuring these iconic villains & allowing Tom Hollands Spider-Man to fight smaller-scale battles were the smallest stake is a city being leveled, why I don’t think they would’ve been a class entertainment it would give the MCU Spider-Man more things to do other than be clean up for the other heroes.
The worst part is Kraven is one of Spider-man's COOLEST rogues, and there's enough lore surrounding his character that a solo film with him could have worked. Sadly, these movies solely exist to spite the MCU and prevent them from using the characters in their Spider-man films, which is really where Kraven could have shined.
Why are so many of these non-MCU universes turning into giant waste of times? First the DCEU, then the Universal Dark Universe, and now this. Can someone please focus on story and character when building these franchises that go somewhere? Just stick with Marvel's Spider-Man 2 for a superior take on this character. Heck, even the 2002 Spider-Man video game on Xbox was better.

I think we can all agree that the Venom movies, Madam Web and Kraven the Hunter are better than Fan4stic (even if they aren't good movies)

And now the universe is gratefully dead 🥹😭
Guess these movies are gonna end up in the Void.
