  • My 10 minute Ab routine!! This is great to include within your dance or fitness workout or a quick routine if you do not have much time to work out❤️ 10 exercise - 1 minute each.
    I included exercises in this 10 minute routine that I know would work for me and that I could execute without causing injury. I have had a few messages from subscribers that are using my fitness and dance video's as inspiration for their workouts (which is so great to hear) and I would just like to stress to be careful when copying videos online and always make sure you can execute the exercise well to refrain from causing any injuries☺️
