I bought this yesterday and am currently waiting for it. Thank you for the review! I feel more confident about my purchase now. ☺️ Btw, where'd you buy the matte film?
Exciting! I'm very surprised that a lot of people are really importing this tablet all the way from China. Where did you buy yours? As for the matte screen protector, I'll try to find the link for you.
Trueee. Same for me as well... Top priority would be having a keyboard case with direct connection to the tablet if we want to use it productivity. I just hate it when Bluetooth keyboards can die on us at any time :( You should consider reviewing the Alldocube iPlay 60 Pad Pro as well since I think that's currently the best value tablet that offers a complete package at at the cheapest price. Hehe
hello! i'm planning to buy this tablet for school purposes (since it has pc mode) and for minimal gaming. i really like the specs, but i'm hesitant because of the china rom. so, i would just like to ask if you have experienced any minor or major issues regarding the tablet while setting up applications from google playstore? like, do some apps remain chinese despite the language already set to english?
Upon setting the language to English and removing the chinese apps, it's already like running in Global rom because everything is in English including all apps from the Google Play Store. Tbh, it feels like it is not originally a chinese rom. Also, I don't speak or understand Chinese so don't worry, you'll be fine 😉
Nice review! I ordered mine last week and I already have a y700. For the chinese rom, it is better than I expect. I can install google play store easily and I have no problem at all to use any apps (netflix, prime video, etc). Plus I also understand Chinese. The only reason why I also get a pad pro is for the price and the specs. I will mainly use it for pdf reading and note taking, while using my y700 for game streaming + book reading.
TY! I heard good things about the Y700 especially when gaming. I was considering it but its out of my budget and I really needed a tablet that has a bigger screen for work. Hope you enjoy yours when it arrives. Welcome to the club 🙂
Omg, mabuti na lang napanood ko ito, kasi balak ko sana bilhin yung lenovo p12 kasi same na same sila pero itong Xiaoxin version 144hz pala? Tama ba? Kasi 60hz lang yung Lenovo p12
these reviews are getting better... cheers mate🍻
Thanks mate for the kind words. Much appreciated 💪
Just bought this last weekend

Which mobile phone can use smart connect? Can you show us how to use that?
I saw the description link where to buy the matte screen protector, is that a tempered glass? Or like a plastic film?
Plastic film

I'm trying to decide between this and the Xiaomi Pad 6. Which would you recommend for watching movies, gaming, and canva work?
Xiaomi pad 6 vs Xiaoxin pad pro 2025 has a very big gap in terms of gaming performance, personally I would go for Xiaoxin as I prefer bigger screens.
Great video ! Do you buy the matte version or install it yourself? Can I get the exact model of the pen as I'm trying to order one. Thank you !
Thanks! Mine is not the matte version, I just bought a paper-like matte screen protector for it.
Here's the pen th-cam.com/video/mlm42poVb9Y/w-d-xo.html

Is it has GPS ? I saw the Location icon in the Controls pull down menu.
I can confirm it has GPS. Location is accurate when using Google Maps. Also, its stated it has GPS on the official Lenovo chinese website.

Good luck getting stuck to the same android version for the next 5 years . Lolololl
Not an issue because most likely by that time, most users will buy a newer model.
will it have OTA and software updates?
Yes. I already received 1 OTA update since I got mine.
