I think the one/two-stages, while having pretty much the same character design as these classic 80s bots, was definitely started and influenced by Concept Unification. I’m saying because those stages also have them as Munch’s Make Believe Band with the given instruments and everything.

Munch has that extra movement bechase he doesnt have a head lean, chuck doesnt have another arm movement becuase he has a head lean.
