How much overhang outside the body outline do you use? Is there a formula to figure it, im working on replicating some old bodiesand have been puzzling over that

You guys should get into making some of the older crawler bodies. Some of the first gen Axial bodies are hard to find and demand high prices when you actually find an unpainted one.

We stick to the old stuff mainly from the 90's. But if someone makes a mold we are more than happy to run it for them.

hello greetings from Italy, I'm watching all your videos (when I have time because there are so many), congratulations Your bodyworks are fantastic. I would like to try as an amateur to build the bodywork for my losi 8 4.0E since it is particular and it takes its on purpose.
I would like to build a homemade wooden thermoformer made of wood, but I don't know which reference size to use to create the top, what size of lexan sheet do you use ??? Thank you

We use a bunch of different sizes depending on the body or part. It is best to make a machine that allows you to run any size you want so there is less waste and costs less to make the body or parts.

@@SabulaTech thank you for the name of the machine. I am making buck molds of some 60s model classic cars, hoping I can form my own bodies without having to make a poor man machine or setup! You are make great quality bodies and I’m inspired by your knowledge and works thanks again for your time!
