Part 2 of this series will be Final Fantasy Characters who've had voiced appearances in other titles. Part 3 will be ALL the Disney Characters. From their original introduction, to their most popular/current voice actor, to their Kingdom Hearts voices. (I hope this turns out well, I put WAY too much effort into this, and absorbed too much lore, lore I've ignored since my 2nd grade)

In kh 1 he sounded like a 12 year old In kh 2 he sounded like 15 (especially since he was 15 biologically too at that time) Now In Kh 3 Sora has a much deeper voice like a 17 or 18 sounds like
For the longest time I thought that Haley was just a replacement for the kid who voiced Sora in kh1....but dang lucky guy able to voice him from when he was a child to his adulthood. Kinda a nice reflection on soras journey in these games.
Sora kh2 vs kh3 is pretty cool to hear. Mostly the same tonally, but it sounds like he's got a bit more confidence in kh3, like he's more sure of himself.
What an amazing cast of characters all of them are so fantastic this is probably one of the few times where I love every single character in a form of media im serious
Am i the only one that prefers Hauer? I played kh3 before i started BBS so that probably has something to do with it. I just like the more crazy old man voice that Hauer offered. But definitely rip to Nimoy (just started playing BBS and so far i can say that i stand my opinion...idk why i just prefer what ive heard most ig?)
Well I am just glad that they replaced Hauer to Christopher Lloyd in Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind. Doc did a excellent job with voicing Xehanort but what I think in my opinion they should’ve have hired Christopher Lloyd entire game in the first place before this came out. Also RIP Nimoy aka Spock we’re missed you.

Haley Joel Osmet and Jesse McCartney are around the same age, yet Jesse still sounds the same for Roxas, while Haley sounds like he hasn’t done Sora in awhile, overall I’m glad they keep the same actor :’((
Imagine how hard it could be to see Haley and the whole voice cast being replaced without prior warning just like that hearing unrecognizable voices in the newest Kingdom Hearts trailer. Can you imagine the mistreatment they'll get just like what happened with the original FF7 voice cast?

Does it mean the original voice casts that everybody grew up with (unless you're new to the franchise) deserve a mistreatment like this by not being told beforehand that they're gonna recast everybody until it's too late and yet their original Japanese counterparts get to return as their characters? Can you imagine if Haley or everybody else in the Kingdom Hearts get that kind of treatment?
Just because it's a 'Remake' and if they yet still kept the same Japanese voice cast, that even contradicts the excuses of replacing the legacy cast. If they make the new casts to mimick the original voices, that also contradicts the excuses of replacing the legacy cast.
It’s cool to see that some of the voice actors who worked on the KH games (particularly voicing the ones from Organization XIII: Xemnas, Saïx, Vexen, Young Xehanort, Ansem, Seeker of Darkness) also were previously on Digimon and Naruto.
I’m actually still surprised and shocked that the voice actor who voices Bloo, Lord Hater, Flintheart Glomgold (Ducktales 2017 Reboot), Deputy Durland (Gravity Falls) and Reaper (Overwatch) was also Marluxia. Keith Ferguson’s got range. I don’t know about you but am I the only one who actually prefer Marluxia’s English voice actor over his Japanese voice actor?
I was sad when I found out I couldn’t make any “Save the cheerleader, save the world” jokes about Kairi. It’s something me and my sister would joke about. Lol

I think it is that in the back in BBS Haley only voice Vanitas, so he didn't need to worry if sound like Sora's, but in KH3 he voice both Sora and Vanitas, so he change to differ both.

Ty's most famous for playing the recurring character Parker Booth, son of detective Booth, on the TV show Bones for about five seasons. But then Gavin took over the role in the 11th season, which is why their pictures often come up together.
Seeing as how Josh Grelle is on the agenda for this year, I hope all goes well. In the meantime I am watching all of the anime series he voiced characters in.
From what I hear in Sora’s trailer in Smash. They re use the lines from KH2. Hey, at least we get to hear Sora speaking English, if only we wish we get to hear Steve Burton and George Newbern as Cloud and Sephiroth.
I know no one will agree but I wish Billy Zane finished the kingdom hearts series. I love Richard Epcar, I was able to meet him in person a few years ago, but there was something about Billy Zane that I thought he was perfect for the role as ansem.

The original cast left. The rest has either been a placeholder or officially replaced.
Is it me or does Jesse McCartney’s Roxas sound really not much different now from when he first voiced him? I guess singers are typically very good at manipulating their voice, hence why some do a very good job at sounding younger.
Few things 1 that wasn’t everyone missed a few members in the Organization 2 why did some of the people got credit for 358/2 days when the didn’t even speak not even in the remix???
I have a love-hate relationship with Marluxia. Took me forever to beat in KH 2 Final Mix. 🙄 I was SO surprised that Drake Bell played a role in the KH series.
Like I said before, I skipped them because they didn't appear in many titles, or, appeared once, or appeared so recently, there wouldn't be a point, compared to here, where there some actors who haven't voiced a role of theirs in over a decade.
I think of Jessie McCartny still as the boy band kid from when I was growing up haha…he is better than a lot of voice actors in the series. Although I feel it has to do with bad voice direction. Also, I like Jason Dohring, I remember he was in a show I watched with my ex called iZombie. It was definitely more entertaining than it had any right to be. I only watched the first 3-4 seasons but this guy was an antagonist in the last season I watched, and he was entertaining.

Is it me or does Jesse McCartney’s Roxas sound really not much different now from when he first voiced him? I guess singers are typically very good at manipulating their voice, hence why some do a very good job at sounding younger.

The voice acting in KH3 is so slow, everyone has this robotic tone that doesn't flow right. I'm guessing it has to do with how they were directed?

Like I said before, I skipped them because they didn't appear in many titles, or, appeared once, or appeared so recently, there wouldn't be a point, compared to here, where there some actors who haven't voiced a role of theirs in over a decade.

I think of Jessie McCartny still as the boy band kid from when I was growing up haha…he is better than a lot of voice actors in the series. Although I feel it has to do with bad voice direction.
Also, I like Jason Dohring, I remember he was in a show I watched with my ex called iZombie. It was definitely more entertaining than it had any right to be. I only watched the first 3-4 seasons but this guy was an antagonist in the last season I watched, and he was entertaining.
