SteakPie Gaming the nightmare one is creepy and fucking scary at first, but then it becomes the least scary one, because the jumpscare aspect of it is not as good as it is with the other ones, since it's just a static image with a static sound that does not change, so it may be creepier, but it becomes a lot less scary over time.

This is definitely the scariest FNAF game out of the entire franchise. Having it be a bedroom makes it way more personal, you're supposed to feel secure but you're not, which makes it all the more unsettling. The lack of cameras keeps the environment cramped, because they're constantly outside your room, just at varying lengths. And the lack of any prolonged defences makes it feel more dangerous. The first game had the doors you could close while doing other things, the second game had the light and mask ward off the animatronics, the third game had the audio lure as well as closing off the vents. Here, you just have a flashlight to ward off Freddy on your bed, and physically closing the doors after listening to the footsteps and breathing to block them. everything just feels so cramped and personal that you lose all sense of security

If he did close them, the Animatronics could 100% brake it down. I think the reason as to why they don't just charge in and kill you, is because they are toying with the kid, playing with their food. And if he doesn't participate in their little game, like closing all the doors, they'll bust it down and kill him.

The kid we play as in fnaf 4 has balls of steel to open the door that wide to monsters trying to kill him
If he did close them, the Animatronics could 100% brake it down. I think the reason as to why they don't just charge in and kill you, is because they are toying with the kid, playing with their food.
And if he doesn't participate in their little game, like closing all the doors, they'll bust it down and kill him.
