I had the opportunity to see him perform at the Princess Theatre in Edmonton back in the early 80's. What a great talent. Had me in tears through his entire set!!!

Oh, man, I didn't hear that he passed away. That is so sad. He was a brilliant comic. I had forgotten about him until I stumbled across an old video where a young "Mike MacDonald" introduced a young Louis CK. Used to see him on Just for Laughs. Oh man.
