I am soooo late to the party, but so glad I finally found your videos! I am a new member of Coloring Keep It Clean and new to the art of greyscale colorization. This is a great video and I have subscribed to your channel so I can work my way through your offerings. Thank you for your generosity in sharing your skills and art with the TH-cam Universe.
Thank heaven I found someone who can show me how to color with the grey scale. I have loooked forever it seems. Please show more of your work, you are great at it. Thanks for the tip on the rainbow wheel. I am going to get it. Thank You
Awesome. There are a few greyscales in here and I have even done a follow along that is available in my etsy shop. www.etsy.com/shop/pam1stroke?ref=hdr_shop_menu
IF you can go back and watch the first three minutes of the video... I give you a color list on a sticky note and the page is still in the book... yes, Beautiful Nature.
I've not had any problem with the pages of the book... Better to do several light coats of the pencil and work into it gradually. That being said, I am heavy handed and still have not had any problems with paper in her books.
Astrin Ymris I do understand that, but with all the different pencils there are not always names, so that is why I generally just say the numbers. I may try to do names and numbers in the future, but I already have some videos made so they will just have to be as they are. Sorry.
What a great idea for color swatches!
Thanks. I swatch my pencils, brush tip markers, and washi tapes.
@@PamProctor I’m going to do the same with my pencil and markers!!
@@Amodgirlyou may need to number your markers to make it easier, but either way.... Yippee.

Coloring Fun tees...great books.

What colors did you use please? Is this picture from the coloring book, Beautiful Nature?

There is a fancy name for coloring over a gray scale under painting. And I can't remember what it is! Lol
The word you're looking for is grisaille. And, I have painted that way too.
@@PamProctor thank you! Not being able to remember something makes me crazy! Lol
@@heartworship6530 I understand that! Lol. Patreon.com/PamProctor
Thank you for the demonstration I really enjoyed it. Fyi you misspelled Faber on your post it.
Yep, I realized that later.... I was just so excited to be using them! lol...
I found the paper in this book to be quite fragile. Ended up with 2 holes without pressure.

Where is that group on facebook?

It's easier for me if you use the color names, not the numbers. Just sayin'.
