Thank you for this service. I called this number saying my elderly,, hard of hearing father, who lives in The Villages received this card. The man who answered the call identified himself as James, but he would not say what company he worked for or what the water alert was. He said he could only discuss this with the homeowner. Surely a scam. I really do have an elderly, hard of hearing dad, and I have made calls on his behalf for issues like this. Roast in hell scammers, especially ones who target senior citizens!
