I want to give a suggestion, whenever I want to make chicken sticks. I keep all the cubes in little bit of vinegar overnight. Next day i wash away all the vinegar from chicken and marinate it…In this way chicken becomes completely tender , very soft n juicy.

Can I cook this in a simple way (like regular chicken)? I avoid deep-fried things because of health issues but this recipe looks tasty. I wonder how the chicken will taste if I cook it in a pot/pan without coating it with crumbs and deep-frying.
