I was looking though old transformers toys at my cousins house, and I picked up what I thought was a big StarScream, but it ended up being a damaged Bio Robo, and now I have my first ever piece of Sentai merchandise
Back in the early 90s, my cousin had a miniature figure of this mecha, but we live in NJ. This was before we had Power Rangers here in the states!!! Years later when I discovered Bioman and Super Sentai in general on the internet, I was shocked when I learned this mecha was the toy my cousin had!!! How could he have gotten his hands on this? I’m thinking maybe my grandma possibly bought it for him on her vacation in Hawaii? Were Bioman toys sold here in the states before the series could be green-lit (which it wasn’t)?
