- Hull Fair is the largest travelling fun fair in Europe. I went to the 2019 Hull Fair..my first time despite growing up in Yorkshire.
It's a really fun day/evening out in Hull with loads of rides & great food!

I'm from hull and loved the fair as a kid. Now I'm older I'm not as keen on it but my son likes it and it's kind of an obligation to go every year when u r from hull 🤣

Not to scare u or anything but one of the rides broke down with people upside down a couple weeks ago and a women fell of the other day xxx

As someone from Hull, Hull Fair is definitely the best thing about living in Hull, or at least one of them. There’s something new every year and I never miss it because of how close I live to it!
P.S.
You need to go to Bob Carvers chippy. They have a stall and it’s amazing.
What you did not get from this is the gorgeous smells of hot dogs, burgers and fish n chips, just adds to the experience.

I live in Hull and It the best thing to do in Hull and the Crazy mouse used to be called wild mouse and they used to be a water ride next to it but the big wheel took its place

It was great when I was younger going to hull fair !!! it was my home city till I emigrated , looks very different nowadays I visited back in 2016 it was very different from when I left in the late 90,s

Good! I love it at night. When it gets pitch black and all the lights are out. It's a sight no one should miss!
I can see this from my bedroom window and have been able to all my life. It's so much fun but it is known here for being quite dangerous. I worked at Hull fair every day it was on for 3 years as medical... I saw all the bad bits 😬 As a kid though we went every single night and went on every single ride 😝 every single person in my school did 🇬🇧
I am from Hull and attend the fair pretty much every year, I really did not realise just how big the fair is. Its hard to tell when you are walking around, especially if you are a coward with rides like me 😂

Well done for putting a very positive spin on a chavtastic experience. I have successfully avoided having to go for the last few years, despite my wife's protestations, because I am not originally from Hull so have no nostalgia for it and see it for the tacky, RIP-off nightmare that it is! Some one fell out the ride that goes upside down I went last year but there were hardly no rides because the big Truck broke down it was sill fun though
Nathan Waddy Yes that comment is nonsense. There are the same amount of rides every year. If a single truck breaks down then only one ride would not appear. But the rides appear a week before the fair so plenty of time to fix a broken truck and get to the fair.
It is however a complete ****hole.
No it wasent it was the air max 360 people may call it frog hopper the one what was upside down was the booster but of course no one was hurt and that but the 360cthe woman got broken nose and booked ribs

On tick tock you are wrong. This was told to me by showmen. Nottingham goose fair is not bigger than Hull fair. Goose fair as 98 rides, Hull fair as 104 rides hoppins Newcastle as 96. Hull fair is the largest travelling fun fair in Europe.

Dislike the fair. Over priced rides, games and food. Hardly any money spent there goes back in to the city and then the city gets the clean up bill afterwards.

Hull fair, goose and the hoppings aren’t the biggest fairs in Europe, Oktoberfest is the biggest in europe and the world.....
Largest travelling fair. Oktoberfest isn't a travelling fair, just a massive festival/celebration.
@@AlexOuthwaite Oktoberfest HAS a travelling fair at it therefore the fair there is the largest in the world. But apart from that I believe area size Nottingham goose fair is the largest. Not trying to hate or anything
No I mean I'm not an expert on fairs. So I don't know. I was visiting with the tourist board and it's promoted as the largest travelling fun fair. I wouldn't say a goose fair counts as fun fair unless I'm misunderstanding what a goose fair is.
