Quick question regarding the police certificate. If you were a citizen of Germany before you became a permanent resident and you submitted the police clearance certificate from Germany for your PR application, but during your 1095 days in Canada, you visited home (Germany in this case) for a month or a week. Does one need a new PCC in that case? Will the old one suffice? Do you need to write in that explanation and attach the old PCC in optional documents?
Thank you so much for this fantastic video. Super informative. I have a question in regards to the physical presence calculation: In the part where I have to list the time with Canadian temporary resident status I have a month between my post graduate work permit expired and I received my PR that I was in implied status, before my PGWP expired I applied for BWP and it was approved right after I got my PR, first question is do I put that time as a separate row as temporary worker starting when my PGWP expired and ending the day I got my PR? And second, do I need to add any additional information in my application for that in the optional documents part? Thank you in advance 🙏
Very informative. I cannot send link to my wife's email as its says email is not accurate when i tried to add her as co-applicant. I basically followed as you advised. Please guide me.Thank you
What date should I list in the physical presence part, if my visitor visa didn't expire before I received my PR? It doesn't allow me to complete the page. Example: my visitor visa expired in 21/03/2022 and I became a PR in 01/04/2021
Great video-thanks so much for sharing it! I have a couple of questions I was hoping you could help with: 1. I took the IELTS General Training test back in March 2021 and submitted it as part of my PR application. However, I’m unable to retrieve the results now. Would it be acceptable to submit my MBA degree as proof of English proficiency instead? 2. When it comes to the Citizenship certificate, which option would you recommend: electronic or paper? I'd love to hear your thoughts on the pros and cons of each. Thanks again for your help, and I look forward to your advice.
For the passpor/travel document what if I do not have any 1, and explains that since I arrived in Canada I did not applied for passport/travel document.
Hello, thanks for the video, I have a question, Can my first document be my passport and the second my permanent residence card? Another question, I have the Quebec health insurance card, but it does not have a photo, can I use it?
Thanks for thus detailed video...Little question, if there's a gap between expiration date of study permit and date when post graduate work permit issued (due to processing time) will that be considered as a gap or mistake by calculator? Thank you in advance
hi good day, i have question about the minors under 14 years old is it all photocopy of education records within 5 years or only the present grade. thank you
I have been a permanent resident since dec 2021 and I meet all the eligibility. Am I eligible to apply my citizenship online? or should i only do a paper application? Is there any eligibility criteria for this?
Hello, I have a question. I recently changed my last name. Just received the name change document. I am planning to apply for citizenship soon. So I like to use my new name for it. I didn’t not update my new name on my driving license and PR card. My question is do I need to update my new name on all the documents before applying citizenship or I can apply with the new name document for citizenship application and I can update all the legal documents after citizenship. Please guide me. Thanks
Hi there!I have a question and would like to know if you can help me. My husband, my daughter (a minor), and I are applying for citizenship. I am the one who is going to pay for the 3 applications. They already signed their applications and hit SUBMIT. Would I have to pay the $1,360 CAD for the 3 applications and upload a single receipt for all 3 in my applications? Or do I have to pay for all 3 separately? I ask because I am trying to go back to their application and it no longer gives me the option to upload any document where it says "pay fees." I tend to think that since I am the last in the group, I should pay the full amount and upload that same receipt as proof of payment for the 3 applications, correct? I thought that each participant has to upload a unique and personal receipt. I am confused. Thank you very much!
I watched (great video by the way!) and you said that everyone should pay separately and upload their receipts. However, when you go on the Canadian website it says that one person can pay for the whole group and upload only one receipt. In the video you state that it should be separate. In my case, my husband and my daughter marked in “pay fee” option that “someone else will pay for their application” and the website allowed them to skip and just signed the application. In my case, because I’m the last adult it says that I should pay so I was planning on paying in one receipt for 2 adults and 1 child at the same time and upload that receipt. I don’t know if that makes sense. Thank you in advance for your kind assistance once again :)
For a family application, you have two options: either have one person pay and upload a single receipt for everyone, or pay separately and upload each individual receipt
Both mother and child holding permanent resident cards. Mother reached 1095 days in order to apply for Canadian citizenship and child not reached those days. Is the minor child still eligible to apply with mother for Canadian citizenship?
Great video, good demonstration. I have only Given name on my passport, surname is blank .. so how i should out my name on application.. And other question is if i have 200-250 entries of usa/ canada do i need to put all the entries in the file,? Thank you

You can just put the time you got your PGWP to the day before you became PR in one row, as a temporary worker.

You can submit the application without a passport. Just provide your explanation.

The child is eligible to apply with the mother.

Yes

Enter the names according to your pr card. For the trips to the USA, according to IRCC, you have to list all of them.

Those who are here because of the election, good riddance 👋🏼 so over dramatic.
